Carex Red Rooster

Bronze-red foliage keeps its color all year. Leaves are long and slender, forming an upright, fanned out clump; they grow stiff and dense, arching over eventually to resemble a fountain. It tolerates most soils, including wet ones, and actually makes a good bog plant.
