Pepper Anaheim Chili

‘Anaheim Chile’ features smooth-skinned, solid green Peppers that ripen to a dark reddish-green color. These 6–10 inch, cone-shaped, vigorous growers are mild and are often used in Mexican dishes. Try punching up the flavor of other recipes with them as well.
