‘Ghost’ features extremely hot Peppers, above 30,000 Scoville units. Medium-sized fruits start out green and change to red or orange. Originating in North East India, this is widely considered to be the world’s hottest Pepper. Be extremely careful when handling these fruits, as they can burn exposed skin.
